What the Foundation Does
The Jaws Youth Playbook operates on three core pillars — Play, Health, and Advocacy — each designed to address a different dimension of what at-risk youth in the Greater Philadelphia area need most.
Play
Building fitness rooms at Boys & Girls Clubs, constructing playgrounds in underserved communities, refurbishing inner-city ball fields, and donating sports equipment, uniforms, and gear so every child has a safe place to be a kid.
Health
Building Community Gardens in food deserts, supporting healthy food programs in schools, and providing free summer meals to children who lose access to school nutrition programs when the school year ends.
Advocacy
Ensuring every child has a chance to thrive regardless of their zip code — through the Prom Drive, Duffels of Dignity for foster youth, Back to School Pep Rallies, Turkey Drive, and the Holiday Bike Drive.
Community Champions
Scott Payne Custom Pools participates as a Community Champion Partner — a year-round commitment that spreads support across all of JYP's annual giveback events, not just a single donation.

Jaws Prom Drive
Collecting ready-to-wear dresses, handbags, shoes, and jewelry for teens in the Teenshop, Inc. program. Over 2,500 items donated. Your dress is their dream.
Duffels of Dignity
Providing duffel bags filled with basic essentials for foster youth transitioning to new homes — giving them a sense of ownership, dignity, and a fresh start.
Celebrity Golf Challenge
The crown jewel fundraiser — the 42nd Annual Ron Jaworski Celebrity Golf Challenge at Live! Casino Philadelphia and Riverwinds Golf & Tennis Club. Laugh, golf, and raise money for at-risk youth.
Summer Meals Program
Funding free meals and snacks for children 18 and under at low-income community sites throughout the summer — closing the nutrition gap when school is out.
Back to School Pep Rally
Visiting a different community each year to give every child a backpack loaded with school supplies — because students from low-income families graduate at a rate 15% lower than their peers.
Pulte Homes Charity Golf
The annual charity golf event at Heron Glen Golf Course in Ringoes, NJ — Pulte Homes and JYP have raised over $1 million together for at-risk youth.
Jaws Turkey Drive
Providing hundreds of families with a full Thanksgiving turkey dinner with all the fixings — visiting a different community each year to make sure no family goes without.
Holiday Bike Drive
Over 4,000 bikes donated to children in underserved communities — Camden, Vineland, Bridesburg, Atlantic City, Kensington, Alloway, and Wildwood — all in the spirit of the holiday season.
