Scott Payne Custom Pools was founded in 2014 with a straightforward premise: build every pool the way you'd build it for yourself. In over a decade of building custom pools across Montgomery County, Bucks County, Chester County, Delaware County, and into South Jersey, that standard hasn't changed. The projects have gotten more complex. The team has grown. The portfolio has expanded. But the foundation — build it right, tell the truth, stand behind the work — is the same as it was on day one.

Credentials and Certifications
Scott Payne Custom Pools holds all required state contractor licenses in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, carries full liability and workers' compensation insurance, and maintains active membership in the Pool & Hot Tub Alliance (PHTA). Scott holds IWI certification as a Master Pool Builder — a designation that requires demonstrated expertise in pool design, construction, and water chemistry.
We are BBB A+ Accredited and have maintained that rating since our founding. Our projects are permitted through the appropriate municipal and county authorities, and all work is inspected and signed off before any pool is filled.
